How it works
Through completing the twelve questions and viewing your results, the survey will help you understand how your workplace is currently tracking with best practice.
It explores how well your workplace:
- supports supervision
- aligns with best practice
- and whether it is cultivating a psychologically safe learning environment for supervisors and supervisees.
This insights survey acknowledges that the workplace is a foundational ingredient in creating a successful supervisory experience. It needs to be ‘supervision-ready’, enabling supervisees and supervisors to get the most out of supervision.
However, it also relies on both a supervisee and supervisor who embrace lifelong learning and are willing to engage in the process.
The expectation is not to be perfect, but to acknowledge that working towards best practice supervision is an ongoing process. It is not just the supervisee who is learning, but the workplace is learning how to align supervision with the emerging supervision evidence and practice wisdom.
